Tri Training Days 1-1 or small groups

Triathlon Training aimed at both males and females who wish to complete and enjoy either a pool based triathlon or open water triathlon.

Brought to you by MyTriCoach we will ensure you have the knowledge and preparation to complete your first triathlon. The day will include what to expect from your first triathlon how to prepare for the event and what and when to eat.

The training day will cover every discipline of the triathlon looking at the swim and how to pace yourself and what to expect from either a pool based swim or open water swim, the all-important transition including what to do and what not to do, the bike set up and how to be efficient and get the best from your bike and finally running off the bike looking at coping with fatigue and finishing the run strongly.

You will receive contact with experienced triathletes and qualified triathlon coaches from the period you sign up for the training day until your race.

  • Prepare you for either a pool based triathlon or open water tri
  • Cover equipment needed
  • Include theory and practical
  • Give you key skills to practice
  • Provide you with information about the transition areas, you will get a chance to practice these too
  • Include a goodie bag with essential triathlon kit.
  • Give you the confidence in everything triathlon related!

Open Water Swim Training 1-1 or small groups

If you would like the opportunity to develop your open water swimming skills then do get in touch. We’d be happy to help you gain confidence and master those tricky open water skills.

You will receive contact with an experienced open water swim coach

The training will be a session lasting two and a half hours. Costing £50

  • Prepare you for an open water swim
  • Cover equipment needed
  • Include theory and practical
  • Give you key skills to practice including those mass starts, drafting and turning around buoys
  • Include a goodie bag with essential swim kit including a bound copy of the theory covered.
  • Give you the confidence in everything swimming related!
