Wet suit hire is also available upon request.
The session will include
- A 20 minute power point theory with plenty of time to ask questions.
- A coached lap of the quarry focusing on open water skills such as sighting, turning and stroke adaptations.
- A recovery and feedback session.
- A timed lap.
- Presentation of event memento and photographs with our Stig (Cut out) and of course your name on The Stig board
Spectators are welcome and The Dive Centre has great facilities, showers, cafe and essential safety cover making it ideal for your open water swim sessions.
MyTriEvents have swim sessions of various distances from 500m to 3.8k and all abilities are welcome with qualified triathlon coaches on hand for any advice. Wet suit hire is available too as well as a selection of those swimming essentials.
